아동 안전 표준 정책

농땡이는 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)와 아동 성적 학대 자료(CSAM)를 어떤 형태로도 허용하지 않습니다. 이 문서는 Google Play 아동 안전 표준 정책에 따라 농땡이가 지키는 기준과 신고·조치 절차를 공개합니다.
1. 연령 제한
- 농땡이는 성인 이용자를 위한 서비스이며, 이용약관에 따라 만 17세 미만은 가입할 수 없습니다.
- 가입은 카카오 또는 Apple 계정으로만 가능하며, 하나의 소셜 계정에 하나의 앱 계정만 연결됩니다.
- 가입 과정에서 출생 연도를 입력받고, 미성년자로 확인된 계정은 삭제합니다.
- 연령을 허위로 기재한 계정을 발견하면 통보 없이 이용을 중단시킵니다.
2. 금지 행위
다음 행위는 즉시 계정 영구 정지 사유이며, 예외를 두지 않습니다.
- 아동 성적 학대 자료(CSAM)의 게시, 전송, 요청, 링크 공유
- 미성년자에게 성적인 대화를 시도하거나 성적 이미지를 요구하는 행위(그루밍)
- 미성년자를 성적으로 묘사하거나 대상화하는 글·이미지·닉네임
- 미성년자와의 만남을 목적으로 하는 접촉, 성매매 유인, 인신매매
- 미성년자를 협박해 이미지를 얻으려는 행위(성적 강요)
3. 신고 방법
앱 안에서
- 게시글·댓글·채팅 메시지·채팅방·사용자 프로필의 신고 메뉴로 접수합니다.
- 신고 사유에 아동 관련 항목이 포함되어 있으며, 상세 내용을 함께 보낼 수 있습니다.
- 사용자 차단은 설정 > 차단 목록에서 직접 관리합니다.

4. 접수 후 조치
- 접수된 신고는 24시간 이내에 운영자가 확인합니다.
- 아동 안전 관련 신고는 다른 신고보다 먼저 처리하며, 확인 전에도 해당 콘텐츠를 즉시 숨깁니다.
- 위반이 확인되면 콘텐츠를 삭제하고 계정을 영구 정지합니다. 삭제된 계정은 같은 소셜 계정으로 재가입할 수 없고, 반복 위반자는 가입 자체를 차단합니다.
- CSAM으로 판단되는 자료는 관련 법령에 따라 보존하고 대한민국 수사기관(경찰청)에 신고하며, 수사 협조 요청에 응합니다.
5. 예방 장치
- 게시글·댓글·메시지·닉네임에 서버측 금칙어 필터를 적용하며, 띄어쓰기·기호를 끼워 넣는 우회를 정규화해 걸러냅니다.
- 낯선 사용자를 임의로 연결하는 랜덤 매칭 기능이 없습니다. 1:1 대화는 상대가 수락해야 열립니다.
- 차단된 사용자는 대화 요청과 메시지를 보낼 수 없습니다.
- 신고 누적 시 사람의 검토 전에도 자동으로 메시지 삭제·계정 정지·채팅방 숨김이 적용됩니다.
6. 관련 법령 준수
농땡이는 대한민국 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」과 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」을 포함한 관련 법령을 준수합니다.

Child Safety Standards

Nongddaeng has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page publishes our standards as required by the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.
Age restriction
Nongddaeng is for adults. Our Terms of Service prohibit accounts for anyone under 17. Sign-up requires a Kakao or Apple account, one social account maps to exactly one app account, and a birth year is collected during onboarding. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
Prohibited conduct
Posting, sending, requesting or linking CSAM; sexual conversation with or solicitation of minors (grooming); sexualized depiction of minors in text, images or nicknames; arranging contact with minors for sexual purposes; sextortion. Any of these results in permanent account termination without exception.
How to report
In the app, every post, comment, chat message, chat room and user profile has a Report action, and users can be blocked from Settings. Anyone, including non-users, may report by email to oo.changhoon01@gmail.com.
Response
Reports are reviewed by our operations team within 24 hours; child safety reports are prioritized and the reported content is hidden before review. Confirmed violations lead to content removal and permanent account termination, the same social account cannot re-register, and repeat offenders are blocked from signing up. Material believed to be CSAM is preserved as required by law and reported to the Korean National Police Agency, and we cooperate with law enforcement requests.
Prevention
A server-side banned-term filter covers posts, comments, messages and nicknames, normalized against spacing and symbol evasion. There is no random matching of strangers: one-to-one chats open only after the recipient accepts, and blocked users cannot send requests or messages. Report thresholds automatically remove messages, suspend accounts and hide rooms before human review.
